Today I want to share one of my favourite Youtube Star cupcake video and recipes, Funfetti Cupcakes. The reason why she named it Funfetti Cupcakes is because the cupcakes is full with colours and fun! If you want to know more about her baking recipes, you can go to Zoella's website.
Insturctions and Ingredients :
Pre-Heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius and bake for 20 minutes!
The Basic Cupcake Recipe:
125g caster sugar
125g self raising flour
2 large free range eggs
125g unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 ½ tablespoons of milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
And then add as many sprinkles as you like!
Buttercream Icing:
335g icing sugar
150g unsalted butter
1- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sprinkles to top!
